OSAI was founded by Keith Personett in May of 1998 with the goal of providing custom,
high quality, client server applications for the Internet. From it's inception,
the internet was at the heart of it's business model, and there it remains to this
day. In 1998, Robert Krueger formed Internet Central, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and
contracted OSAI for customer CGI and ISAP applications for their customers. In 2002,
Robert Kruger, with his new company, ABP Group LLC., selected OSAI to handle server
and software configuration for their hosting operations in Fort Wayne Indiana. Upon
deployment of the systems under the contract, OSAI was then contracted to write
provisioning and management software for ABP Group's customers. In 2003, OSAI began
managing day to day hosting operations for ABP Group and has been doing so ever
since.
In 2004, OSAI was contracted to extend a software application they had written for written for Bob Krueger's Internet Central Company in 1998. OSAI redisgned the CIM they had previously wriiten into a completely web based Accounting and customer management, at which time, OASIS, OSAI's Accounting Service and Information System was became a reality. OASIS is a hosted Internet Application that provides Customer Management, Order processing, Invoicing and Provisioning for Internet Hosting Businesses. OSIS is extensible and can be customized to provide customer management for a variety of industries. OASIS has now been extended to to include OSAI's StoreManager software to integrate an eCommerce Solution into the package, giving a small business to run their entire online and offline ordering, order fulfillment, shipping rate management, and invoicing into one Solution.
At the end of 2007, ABP Group LLC. decided to leave the web and email hosting business, and beginning January 2008, OSAI became the sole provider for ABP Group's customers. OSAI is looking to expand it's hosting operations by providing specialized easy to use solutions that provided easy to use and manage services to bring small businesses onto the internet with the capability of marketing and selling their products and services globally.
