I can't remember my password!

For your protection, we at OSAI take security very seriously. We do not store your passwords unencrypted and therefore have no way to retrieve them in a user workable format. So making a call to our support department will not necessarily solve the issue. However, you do have two choices to correct the problem:

  1. Contact your company account administrator. Every OSAI client has an administrator within their organization. Your account administrator has the permissions required to change your password. (also see The FAQ on our Virtual Organization Manager for additional information on how to change passwords.
  2. We highly recommend you try to resolve your issue using step #1 first. If for some reason your Organization Administrator is unable to resolve your password issue you should have someone within your organization initiate a Support Request. Otherwise, please contact our Technical Support Staff. We can only change your password to resolve forgotten password issues.
