Using Outlook Web Access (OWA) to send and Receive eMail

Outlook Web Access (OWA) allows any client with a compatible browser to access our Mail Server to send and receive eMail. OWA looks and acts much like your Outlook desktop eMail client. With OWA you can access your email from any computer that has Internet access. This comes in handy when you are traveling and want to access your email on the road or from another home or office PC.

The first step is to open a browser (IE is recommended) and type in the following URL in the address window.

http://owa.YourDomainName.com.

For example: Say your domain name is "Example.com". Then to access your email in OWA you would type: http://owa.example.com and hit enter which will bring up a login box like the one below:

For Logon Name use Lastname.firstname@yourdomain.com
Next type your Password in the "Password field" and click "OK"
If you logged in correctly your next screen should look similar to the one below. From here you can send
and receive email just like you were using your Outlook program on your home or office PC.

Enjoy OWA from any PC or Laptop that has Internet Access!!!
