I'm having a problem with a Microsoft Product

Online Solutions and Innovation is a Application Service Provider that provides email, web, file transfer, streaming media, Sharepoint, and other custom application services. We do not sell or support Microsoft software. If you are haing a problem with Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, or any other Microsoft software that is running on your system,we recommend that you first search Microsoft's support site prior to contacting us, as support for products that we don't sell is not free. If the problem is determined to be a problem with our servers, then please initiate a Support Request by following the directions in the section titled "Creating a Support Request".

Please enter the name and version of the Microsoft Product (ie. Outlook 2003), any error code that you might be receiving, and a brief description of your issue. For instance, if you are using Outlook Express and you are unable to receive email via POP3, and you are getting error 0x800ccc0f, then enter "Outlook express POP3 error 0x800ccc0f" in the search control below and investigate the results.
