Managing your Online Organization

The Online Solutions And Innovation, Inc. Organization Manager is Web Application developed to make it easy for all domain customer's to manage their Logon Accounts, Email Address, Security and Distribution Groups, Mailing Lists, Contacts, and more. By default, there are three basic permissions levels

Users (which all Logon Accounts are a member of)
Webmasters (that allow for access to autoring your Web Sites)
Admininistrators (which may perform full management of the entire organization)

The differences in the granted permissions are explained in detail below.

Users
- Send and receive mail
- FTP Access to your virtual file storage [with the exception of your Web Server Directories]
- Management capabilities on their own logon account, which includes:
  - Changing their personal information
  - Changing their password
  - Adding and removing email addresses
Webmasters
- All of the same permissions of Users
- FTP Access to your Web Server Directories
- Front Page Server Extension Acccess
Admininistrators
- All of the same permissions of Users and Webmasters
- The ability to perform all management functions on all Organization Users
- The ability to add, remove, and disable Logon Accounts
- The ability to edit your Organization's Information
- The ability to create and manage Distribution or Security Groups

To manage your email accounts go to http://extranet.osai.com/ and login. Enter your User Name then Password.

Next find your domain in the dropdown box and click the "GO" button

On the screen below you will find a list of "User Accounts" towards the bottom on the screen.
Click on your name to access your account.

From the screen below you can "Edit" your account according to the permissions you have.
