How do I know if my MTA is blacklisted?

  1. If your MTA is receiving a 550 response from our MTA during an SMTP Transactions...
  2. and if that Response includes a 5.5.4 Sub-Code
  3. and if the response does not mention that an RDNS lookup has failed
  4. and IF the response notes that you should visit this site
  5. and IF the FQDN in the response code lists *.*.*.*.dnsbl.osai.com
You're on either our blacklist for spamming our MTAs or allowing other rogue MTA's to operate on your class C network, OR ... you are on one of the publicly available blacklists that we utilize.
